Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 12 February, 2026

1. Digital Products

PDFs, downloads, online courses, subscriptions

All digital purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once access is delivered (download link, shared access, OTP, or login created), due to the nature of digital content.

If you face an access or technical issue, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will provide support and, if we cannot resolve it, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

In case of a wrong service or digital product delivered, contact us within 2 hours of purchase. We will provide support and, if we cannot resolve it, we may issue a refund.

2. Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, accessories, manuals, and original packaging intact, along with the order ID or proof of purchase.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

Gift cards; personal care or hygiene items (if opened); customized or made-to-order items; and items marked "Final Sale / Non-returnable" on the product page.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

For physical products, report within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos and the order ID. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable after verification.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

For physical products: if reverse pickup is available, we will arrange it. If reverse pickup is not available, you may need to ship the item to us. Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or wrong items; otherwise the customer bears shipping costs.

5. Refunds

For physical products, after we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed within 1–14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. For COD orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. If cancelled after dispatch, it will be treated as a return as per this policy.

7. Product-Specific Terms

Some products or services (digital or physical) may have specific cancellation, return, or refund terms mentioned on the product or service page, checkout, invoice, or order confirmation. In such cases, those product-specific terms will apply and override this policy to the extent of any conflict.
